We went there this year for a trip with our school. The staff was friendly, and when a part of our group arrived very late, they kept the pizzeria open so the students wouldn't go to bed with an empty stomach.
The rooms were also great and very comfortable. The self-serve breakfast each morning was a great help to get started for the day. Everyone had an option to choose from. The pizzeria on the ground floor is delicious and not that expensive. When you want to end the day in style, you can also get yourself a drink (I recommend Aperol or Limoncello) there and enjoy it with a splash of Italian nightlife.
One of the highlights was definitely the great view over the sea with the sunset coulering the night sky in a beautiful scenery we had each night.

We had a meal at the roof top restaurant on the 5th floor & I have to say the sliced beef dish was very tasty....we were a little underwhelmed by the desserts but the views more than made up for it! Good value for money! Very friendly staff who accommodated us while we waited for the restaurant to open.

Stayed there for 3 nights on a school trip at the beginning of October and I had an absolute blast. The staff are friendly, the portion sizes for breakfast and dinner are great, and during dinner one of the staff comes around and offers you seconds! The views are amazing, I was on the first floor and I still had good views however I recommend the bedrooms at the tops as I've been on the balcony and sunsets are exceptional.
The only reasons why I could only give it a 4 was because one, there was a lot of dust in the rooms including on the bed frames and this resulted in my friends sneezing a lot and two, the towels were rank. They smelt odd, they weren't soft and on the first day it looked as if there was a piece of rice all dried up on it. it had stains on it too but it got better throughout our stay - the scent didn't though.
